How your request is handled

You can stop at any point in these steps.

1. You choose a service and write what you would like to know.
2. We forward it to a provider who works in or near Portland.
3. The provider contacts you directly to talk about a consultation.
4. A licensed provider sees you, explains what is suitable, and you decide yes or no.

When the provider gets in touch

The first contact is usually short. The provider wants to know what you are interested in and when you could come in for a consultation.

This is a good moment to ask a few practical questions: where they are, who would see you, and what the consultation involves. You do not have to decide anything on that first call. Write down what they tell you and compare it with the questions to ask list.

A note on what to write

Your message goes to the provider along with your name, email and phone. Keep it simple. Something like "I would like to ask about laser hair removal on my legs" is plenty.

Leave detailed health information for the consultation itself, where you can talk it through with a licensed provider in person. If you later want your request withdrawn, or you no longer want to be contacted, see the privacy page for the steps.
